In a city as diverse and dynamic as London, beauty has never been one-size-fits-all. Yet, the Western aesthetics industry has long operated within a narrow framework—offering generic treatments that often fail to consider individual skin types, heritage, and personal goals. nüseoul was born from the shared vision of two professionals, Dr. Jenny and Natasha, who saw a gap in the industry and set out to create something different: a clinic where beauty is about enhancement, not transformation, and where each person is treated as the unique individual they are.

Our Journey

Our story begins in 2006, when Dr. Jenny and Natasha first crossed paths at school. Despite sharing the same school for seven years, their academic paths rarely intersected. It wasn’t until 2022—when a chance Facebook message rekindled their friendship—that they discovered a shared passion for Korean skincare and aesthetics. What started as a conversation quickly evolved into something bigger: a vision for a clinic that would bring the gold standard of Korean aesthetics to London, combining medical expertise and a deep understanding of beauty tailored to East Asians. And just like that, nüseoul was born.

Dr. Jenny: Bridging Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics

Dr. Jenny’s journey into aesthetics started with her background as an NHS plastic surgery registrar, where she hones her expertise in facial anatomy, reconstructive techniques, and minimally invasive treatments. Her experience in plastic surgery, microsurgical precision, and aesthetic injectables allows her to deliver results that are not only safe but also artistically refined and tailored to each individual.

Having trained with leading experts and keeping a close eye on the latest innovations in Korean aesthetics, Dr. Jenny is passionate about bringing Eastern beauty techniques to the UK. Korean aesthetic medicine is globally renowned for its subtle, skin-first approach—prioritising rejuvenation, hydration, and natural enhancement rather than drastic alteration. Natasha: From Personal Interest to Professional Venture

Natasha’s interest in aesthetics and skincare began with a frustratingly common experience—one that many young women still face today. During a routine university GP consultation, she was advised that the contraceptive implant was the best option for convenience, offering two years of protection without the need to remember a daily pill. What wasn’t discussed were the potential side effects, particularly the impact on her skin. Within weeks, she began experiencing severe hormonal acne—an issue that would take just 30 seconds to create, but five years to resolve.

Professionally, Natasha built her career in Tech and AI, spending eight years working across strategic innovation, data-driven solutions, and business scaling through AI applications. Her experience gave her a sharp understanding of consumer behaviour, market gaps, and the power of technology in shaping industries.

It was this analytical mindset—paired with her personal skincare struggles—that led her to recognise a glaring gap in the London aesthetics market: despite the city’s diversity, there was no true Korean Aesthetics clinic that offered the gold standard of Eastern beauty treatments to London’s Asian and mixed-heritage residents. Her vision for nüseoul was clear: to create a clinic where science meets artistry, where treatments are safe, results-driven, and delivered by Doctors, and where clients leave feeling not just enhanced, but truly confident in their own skin.

At nüseoul, we each play a distinct yet complementary role in bringing our vision to life. Dr. Jenny leads the medical team and oversees all medical treatments, leveraging her background as a plastic surgery registrar to ensure precision, safety, and the highest standard of care.
